I started keeping birds as a child. Over the years I have kept and bred various ausy species, asiatics, conures, mutation lovebirds, eccys and various cockatoo species. We currently specialize in Lories and Lorikeets, they have become somewhat of an addiction. Rainbows and some of the exotic lories breed year round even in the cold region of victoria that we are located in. There freindly and clown like attitudes can not be out done. The large range of mutation rainbows continues to excite me and the potential for combinations not yet bred is endless.
The exotic lories are a beuatiful family to work with. It is disapointing that there seems to be a lack of interest in this family. In many speiceis the numbers are shrinking in australian avairies.
